MISSION

Our mission is to facilitate effective management of land resources in Tanzania, through the implementation of sustainable, participatory, and cost-effective land use planning and land registration processes that respect the rights of women, youth and pastoralists. 

OBJECTIVES

The objectives of LTA-NGO are to:

·         Assist rural and urban communities to formalize their customary land rights;

·         Empower rural and urban communities to access land administration services;

·         Promote gender equality and the rights of the youth in land management and land ownership;

·         Promote the uptake of new technologies for digital data capture systems for land registration in Tanzania and

·         Assist in identifying and rectifying gaps in policies and practices relating to land governance;
